Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in the Tallahassee Metropolitan Area for a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring food quality and safety, managing daily restaurant operations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will also work collaboratively with team members to deliver an outstanding dining experience to customers while upholding Waffle House’s standards and values. Qualifications Customer service and interpersonal skills to interact effectively and respectfully with customers and team members.Time management and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, or late hours as required by the restaurant.Basic understanding of food preparation and sanitation standards is a plus.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork and collaboration.High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
