The PM owns cost, schedule, quality, and staffing outcomes. Serve as primary interface with the KO and COR; direct all contractor personnel and set work schedules Develop and maintain the Task Order Management Plan, including org chart, staffing plan, subcontractor management plan, and recruiting/retention plan Deliver the Monthly Status and Cost Report and lead quarterly In-Process Reviews Own performance against the QASP, manage the Risk Register, and manage Phase I to Phase II transition/descoping execution Ensure staffing fill milestones: Key Personnel Accountable for prime and subcontractor quality, and Section 508 compliance 8+ years of program or project management experience leading DoD or Federal IT services efforts of comparable size, scope, and complexity Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-site government IT services programs (recommended: PMP; bachelor's/master's in a relevant field) ITIL Foundation or higher; ISO 9001:2015 quality-management familiarity Secret clearance Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, with enterprise oversight of all CONUS/OCONUS sites.
