So, we will look to you to spot and take every opportunity to improve safety, quality, and performance while following strict adherence to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), Food Safety, and Food Defense are mandatory.\n\nSchedule-\nMonday – Friday\n5:00 AM – 1:00 PM\nYour responsibilities\nUtilize inventory tracking system and prepare orders for shipment as needed\nTransport unfinished and finished product throughout the plant and supply the production lines with raw materials and components\nEnsuring waste is discarded appropriately (trash, recycling and creating bails of material)\nFollow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and guidelines to maintain a clean & sanitary workplace\nComplete additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership\n\nTECHNICAL & OPERATIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED-\n\nRelocate material within the warehouse from one location to other locations as necessary and moves all necessary components, etc., from storage to production activities as needed.\nHandle the movement of pallets on and off trailers, racks, and other locations by using site equipment (i.e. stand up and sit-down forklift, pallet jacks and clamp equipment) within the site.\nOperates bar-coding equipment to move and locate material in all areas of the plant.\nOperates hand or power-driven trucks for receiving, shipping, and production coverage activities.\nOperates scales and stretch wrap equipment necessary for distribution activities\nReceiving: Unloads trucks, trailers, or other vehicles and moves merchandise to the appropriate areas.\nShipping: Loads finished goods from Production area to appropriate trailers for shipment.\nPrepares and fills out the necessary documentation on all receiving forms, shipping documents and production tallies as needed.\nRegularly the following equipment is operation: personal computer and printer, bar code scanner, telephone and fax, and copier\nHas knowledge of personal computers used in the warehouse area for producing bar-code labels, inventory information and receiving & shipping paperwork\nMaintains department good housekeeping and safety standards\nFollows all applicable waste and scrap reduction, recycling guidelines\nHazardous Waste Operation (HAZWOPER) training and certification may be required (provided by company).\nThe experience we're looking for\nCertified to operate a forklift\nRequires valid driver’s license\nPhysical ability to complete job duties,\nLift, push or pull 100 lbs\nWorking in varying temperature environments\nAbility to bend, twist and complete repetitive motions\nAbility to follow directions accurately\nAttention to detail and organization skills\nAn aptitude for understanding and adhering to detailed manufacturing processes and safety protocols.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nTime management skills\nA detail-oriented and reliable approach, with the drive to take the initiative and achieve high-quality results.\nWork collaboratively with a team\nWillingness to participate in ongoing training or cross training\nAbility to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed\nA background in manufacturing or production would be beneficial, but a strong desire to learn is also highly valued.\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
