We’re now building something new: a family office-style service that gives our clients a dedicated resource for the financial details that matter most to their day-to-day lives. That’s where you come in. The RoleAs our Family Office Associate, you’ll be the point person for expense management, cash flow oversight, and financial organization for a carefully selected group of our clients. This isn’t a back-office role — you’ll work directly alongside our partners and interact with clients who expect a high level of attention, discretion, and care.  What You’ll DoTrack and organize client expenses across accounts and entities Build and maintain cash flow and budgeting frameworks tailored to each householdMonitor liquidity so clients are always properly funded, and nothing falls through the cracksReview spending patterns and identify irregularitiesCoordinate with external advisors — CPAs, attorneys, and others in the client’s circlePrepare clear, polished reports summarizing spending, cash flow, and upcoming needsSupport clients with financial organization and the occasional ad hoc requestsWhat We’re Looking For3–6 years of experience in accounting, family office, or financial operationsStrong with numbers and even stronger with details Highly organized and process-driven, but flexible enough to shift when priorities changeComfortable — and genuinely good — interacting with sophisticated, high-net-worth clientsSomeone who takes initiative without being asked and follows through Discreet, professional, and trustworthy What we OfferBase salary $65,000-$70,000401(k) Health, Dental and Vision InsurancePaid vacationWhere This GoesWe’re building this service line from the ground up, and the right person will have a real opportunity to shape it.
