Broadcast Sales ManagerNETGEAR is seeking a results-driven Broadcast Sales Manager to lead sales and business development efforts within the professional broadcast market. This role will focus on driving the adoption of NETGEAR's IP networking solutions across broadcast, live production, sports, media, and entertainment customers.As a key member of the commercial and broadcast sales organization, you will work closely with Sales, OEM partners, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Distribution to identify new opportunities and expand NETGEAR's footprint in modern IP-based broadcast environments. The ideal candidate brings strong industry relationships and deep technical fluency in SMPTE ST 2110, NDI, and IP broadcast workflows.This is a remote role based in the Greater NY or Los Angeles area, with up to 50% travel.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting broadcast customers, media organizations, live production companies, and systems integratorsDrive revenue growth by positioning NETGEAR solutions within IP-based broadcast infrastructuresEngage directly with broadcast engineers, architects, consultants, and integrators to educate them on NETGEAR's networking solutions for ST 2110, NDI, and hybrid IP/SDI environmentsBuild and manage relationships with key broadcast integrators, consultants, and OEM partnersCollaborate with NETGEAR distribution and channel teams to ensure proper pricing, programs, and coverage for broadcast-focused accountsPartner cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to provide market feedback and influence roadmap decisionsMaintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using SalesforceStay current on broadcast technology trends, standards, and workflows to act as a trusted technical and business advisor to customersRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience7+ years of sales experience within broadcast, media, or professional AV marketsProven experience selling IP-based broadcast or AV-over-IP solutionsStrong working knowledge of SMPTE ST 2110, NDI, NMOS, PTP, multicast, and IP networking conceptsExperience working with broadcast systems integrators, consultants, and end usersAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineering and business stakeholdersExcellent presentation and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and accurate forecastingSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growthProficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM toolsWillingness and ability to travel up to 50%Company Statement/Values:At NETGEAR, we are on a mission to unleash the full potential of connectivity with intelligent solutions that delight and protect.
