Our dynamic presence extends to our TikTok Studio in Jacksonville, FL, with additional retail locations in development. We are committed to delivering the latest fashion trends and timeless classics at accessible prices, catering to the fashion-savvy and budget-conscious clientele.Position Overview:We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at our Jacksonville, FL store and live studio. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, support store operations, and help create a welcoming shopping environment for our clients. Your role will involve assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to the overall success of our luxury handbag and accessory boutique.Role Description:As a Retail Associate, you will:Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with their needs, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales goals by engaging with customers, promoting current promotions, and upselling products.Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our luxury products, including features, trends, and brand information, to effectively communicate with customers.Store Presentation: Through effective visual merchandising and regular tidying, ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and meets our luxury brand standards.Inventory Management: Help with inventory control by receiving and stocking merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring accurate product placement.Operational Tasks: Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.Team Collaboration: Work closely with store management and fellow associates to meet store objectives, maintain a positive work environment, and address any operational challenges.Qualifications:Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. Experience in luxury fashion or accessories is a plus.Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping customers and creating an exceptional shopping experience.Sales Skills: Ability to engage with customers, promote products, and contribute to achieving sales targets.Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain store standards.Product Knowledge: A willingness to learn about luxury fashion products and trends.Team Player: Collaborative and supportive, with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.Additional Information:This is a part-time/full-time position based in Jacksonville, FL.Competitive hourly wage and bonus, based on experience.Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
