Product Stewardship Coordinator

Salary: The range for this position is $79,000 to $89,000Your ResponsibilitiesFunction in a critical role in the information exchange with internal and external customers to ensure safe and proper handling of Fuchs’ lubricant products portfolio; identify and communicate emerging product safety, environmental, and transportation regulations; maintain component hazard and regulatory information; prepare Safety Data Sheet and label text for Company’s products according to the Global Harmonized System; evaluate products and components against various governmental safety, environmental and transportation regulations; respond to customer and internal Company product stewardship inquiries.Qualifications We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or related field2 years of related experienceAny amount of experience creating and reviewing Safety Data Sheets and product labels in accordance with global standardsAny amount of experience evaluating product safety, hazard communication, and exposure scenarios of chemicalsAny amount of experience verifying and maintaining the compliance of lubricants and greases with global chemical regulationsAny amount of experience overseeing and maintaining lifecycle environmental compliance of chemical products under regional regulatory frameworksMust live within normal commuting distance of worksite.
