Title – Software V&V LeadClient - Collins AerospaceLocation – Rockford, Illinois (onsite only)Experience – 10 years relevant yearsThis is an ITAR position; hence need only US Citizens & Green Card HoldersMandatory Skills:Around 10 years experience in Building instrumentation, SCA (Structural Coverage Analysis) Build creation and Coverage analysisAerospace domain experience is mandatory6+ years experience in RTRT tool usage for SCA activitiesStrong experience of Software Testing methodologies, including Black-box, White-box, and boundary value analysis.6+ years strong experience with DO-178B/C standards and their application in software verification processesProficiency in programming languages commonly used in avionics systems (e.g., C, Ada)Experience with software testing tools and frameworks for unit, integration SSIT and HSIT), and system level testingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of defectsStrong documentation and communication skills to clearly articulate test results and findingsFamiliarity with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS)Experience in working within a regulated environment with a focus on safety-critical systemsExperience on Configuration and change management activities using tools like Synergy CM/Change, Polarion/SVN
