Organizational Change Management (OCM) ManagerLocation: RemoteInterview Process: ZoomRate: $65 -70/hr on W2As Manager of OCM, you will lead tactical planning and execution of change management initiatives within Global Technology Solutions (GTS), focusing on the people side of Product to Market (P2M) transformation. Key areas include merchandising, sourcing, production, and planning functions such as Buy Planning and Line Planning, along with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).Key Skills & Requirements:5–7 years of experience in change management or related fields within digital/technology transformationExperience in P2M domains: merchandising, sourcing, Buy Planning, Line Planning, and PLMStrong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with data, reporting, and adoption metricsAbility to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
