The Manufacturing Program Manager Works as the liaison between functional groups such as, Operations, CNC, Design, and Engineering to support client's requirements for implementing solutions to complex problems. This position oversees specific projects, coordinating with essential personnel to ensure that projects adhere to the quality policy and customer requirements and timeline/schedule.Using good judgment, you select methods and techniques that create solutions that relate to project management and take any concerns into account.You are constantly in communication with the production team as well as leadership to ensure that any changes are made aware of promptly and that restrictions are reviewed. Keeping your team on track and staying organized brings you great satisfaction, which is why you are a perfect addition to our company!Work EnvironmentThis position requires time spent on the shop floor and exposure to shop elements including noise, moving parts, dust and fumes. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
