Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.\nRequirements\nJob Qualifications – Education and Experience\nHigh school diploma/GED equivalent\nExperience in warehouse environment preferred.\nUnderstand product description, SKU and PO numbers\nBasic mathematic skills along with higher end understanding of formulas.\nReading comprehension and ability to communicate in writing.\nAbility to recognize process improvement areas and implementation of new processes.\nAbility to work with multiple departments while performing duties.\nGood communication skills\nPhysical Requirements\nStand or walk continuously for up to 8 hours per day\nBending, squatting, kneeling, twisting and reaching heights on an intermittent basis for up to 12 hours per day\nGrasping, pushing and pulling of materials on an intermittent basis for up to 12 hours per day\nReaching and working above and below the shoulder level on an intermittent basis for up to 12 hours per day\nWork with and around forklifts, conveyer systems and hazardous machinery\nWork closely in a team environment to complete daily tasks and goals\n\nSafety\nThe candidate must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices, without endangering the health or safety of self or others.\n\nThe anticipated rate for this position is $XX.XX per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience.
