The Lodging Product team, part of the product organization under Chase Travel, focuses on growing the lodging business and enhancing the lodging booking experience for our customers.As an Executive Director in the Chase Travel Lodging Product team in Chase Travel , you will engage with team(s) (comprised of software engineering, infrastructure development, architecture, servicing) to advance the product's vision and strategy to satisfy customer need. You will leverage industry insights, data and analytics and business needs to develop and manage a "roadmap" of initiatives over time.Job ResponsibilitiesOwns and manages the delivery of product roadmap for specified area of focus, across web and mobileServe as the subject matter expert for product domain - evaluate and document requirements from internal and partner development teams, scope technical solutions, identify risks, and clearly communicate goals and milestones to business stakeholders globallyUtilizes Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence to manage and track projectsDevelops requirements, epics, and user stories to support AI & Innovation product initiativesAnalyzes and evaluate product metrics to ensure alignment with time, cost, and quality targetsConducts user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmapEffectively communicates the impact of lodging initiatives to the overall business senior stakeholdersDrives senior level strategy discussions at all levels in determining the product roadmapManages product reviews, strategy sessions with leadership, performance assessments, and data-based decision-making to manage the evolution of the roadmapPartners with internal and external teams (product, design, technology, analytics, risk, legal, compliance, ops, servicing, marketing, ...) on prioritization and development of product featuresRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills10 + years in product management role building large scale enterprise product/systems or products at scale in a Product.Must have Travel Industry Experience.Min. of 5 plus years of people leadership experienceExperience moving technical products from inception to delivery and an ability to articulate the impactAbility to manage tight delivery timelines and exhibit calmness under intense pressure, Comfortable navigating through ambiguity and changeBe a strategic thinker that demonstrates strong interpersonal and influencing skills to manage partnerships across all levels of the organization, including teams located in different localesProven end-to-end problem-solving skills with the ability to solve large, complex business problems, obtain consensus and enhance organizational transformationData-focused decision making and quantitative analysis skills, Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills for effective interaction with business and technology stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills* Certifications in Agile methodologies would be an advantage* Prior experience working in a product organization, driving collaboration, and delivering customer-centric solutions
