This role supports the execution of data-driven projects, reporting initiatives, and business insights. The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in data analysis and a desire to grow technical skills while contributing to cross-functional collaboration and data-informed decision-making. With at least 2-3 years of experience building client-facing reporting and analytics, this individual will play a key role in supporting the team’s reporting, analysis, and quality control efforts.\n\nPosition Responsibilities\nAnalytical Project Support\n\nAssist in the execution of analytics projects by gathering data requirements and preparing reporting deliverables.\n\nConduct exploratory analyses to support program performance, compliance tracking, and utilization trends.\n\nMaintain clear and organized documentation of query logic and methodologies to ensure transparency and repeatability.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to support alignment between analytical work and business goals.\n\nParticipate in meetings with stakeholders to understand project needs and provide data support.\n\nContribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making across departments\n\nData Analysis and Reporting\n\nUse analytical tools to uncover trends and insights from complex datasets.\n\nCreate dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support operational and strategic initiatives.\n\nMaintain and update standard and ad hoc reports with guidance from senior team members.\n\nCompliance and Quality Control\n\nSupport efforts to ensure reporting and analysis meet compliance standards.\n\nParticipate in quality control reviews and help maintain documentation and consistency across deliverables.\n\nEngage in internal training and development to strengthen analytical skills.\n\nResponsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n4 years of experience in data analytics/business intelligence or a related field (matching current Analyst level).\n\nExpertise in Tableau Desktop and publishing to Tableau Cloud/Server.\n\nStrong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake preferred.\n\nProficient with Python for data analysis.\n\nExperience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.\n\nFamiliarity with dbt concepts and governed metric definitions.\n\nPreferred domain knowledge in PBM/pharmacy.\n\nExperienced working with pharmacy and medical claims data.\n\nExperience with client reporting is strongly preferred.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail; effective communicator with non-technical stakeholders.\n\n(Optional) Preferred Qualifications\n\nExperience in large-scale, high-growth organizations.\n\nExposure to Agile practices and cross-functional project work.\n\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.\n\nNewYork,NY Salary Range: $124,000 — $155,000USD\n\nDenver,CO Salary Range: $113,600 — $142,000USD\n\nCharlotte,NC Salary Range: $103,200 — $129,000USD\n\nAll employees are responsible for adherence to the Judi Health Code of Conduct including the reporting of noncompliance.
