This position will focus on OBI Advanced Analytic Method Augmentation. Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:\r\nData Engineering specifically\r\nDesign intelligence data storage, access, utilization, integration and management.\r\nCollaborate to determine, create, and populate high-quality data architectures, structures, and systems.\r\nPlan, design, and optimize data throughput and query performance.\r\nSupport the selection, upgrades, and implementation of backend database technologies, to include their configuration, utilization, and optimization of the full data pipeline infrastructure. (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, HPC, etc.).\r\nSupport data content, volume, Extract, Transition, Load (ETL), and rhythm for queries and analysis to achieve desired outcomes.\r\nOBI specifically\r\nManage complex, long-term projects involving design, development, and installation of new information systems.\r\nPerform technical studies to ensure the design meets user requirements.\r\nConduct testing and promote the integration of new databases within the existing IT infrastructure.\r\nDiscover sources of redundancy and design solutions for efficient integration or consolidation.\r\nReduce costs of storage and maintenance by eliminating redundancy to improve the enterprise.\r\nCreate test plans and scenarios; execute and document database test activities.\r\nConduct operational readiness testing and transitional user support.\r\nProduce technical data/reports outlining the performance characteristics of databases and data services.\r\nConduct assessments of trends and determine the impact of emerging technologies on the infrastructure.\r\nIdentify and leverage containerization capabilities (e.g. Docker, Kubemetes, etc.).\r\nIdentify and leverage infrastructure as code tools.\r\nManage data management system to ensure repeatability and automation.\r\nDesign, develop, test, and implement unstructured data management solutions, content extraction and tagging capabilities, data integration solutions, and complex data web services.\r\nQualifications\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Engineering, with a minimum of 17 years of experience or Master's degree with a minimum of 12 years of work experience.\r\nExperience in data engineering, to include activities such as data processing, ETL, data warehousing, data systems design, development, testing, assessments, optimization/ operational excellence, and solutioning.\r\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.\r\nCapability of preparing and presenting briefings to customer senior management to effectively communicate technical and complex data management issues and recommended solutions.\r\nAbility to work collaboratively with users and stakeholders.\r\nCapacity to adapt to changing situations to prioritize tasks effectively.\r\nExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nMaster's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Engineering.\r\nExperience working in the customer environment is preferred.\r\nSecurity Clearance\r\nThis Position requires an Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a Poly, US Citizenship is required to hold this clearance.\r\nDetails\r\nTarget Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
