Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the base rate will increase to $26.00/hour.\r\nRole Summary: The Business Development Associate role is a fully onsite position, 5 days a week. This position serves as the first point of contact to our clients, as part of our sales department. You will be the brand ambassador to our company by introducing the business solutions we provide to the clients.\r\nA Work Day of a Business Development Associate\r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\nGather leads, conduct cold calls, and schedule appointments to develop new business.\r\nEngage conversations with small-to-medium-sized business owners by introducing products and services.\r\nObtain business information such as business name, address, current marketing strategies, payment method, sales volume, and current pricing; inputting lead information into databases.\r\nGather credit card processing statements for pricing analysis and to understand business financial situations.\r\nFollow up with potential clients to further engage business opportunities.\r\nManage the business pipeline and develop a payment strategy for long-term success.\r\nMeet and exceed required sales targets.\r\n\r\nQualifications\r\n\r\nMust be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire.
