The contract provides subject matter, systems engineering, software development, and test & evaluation expertise to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division's (NSWCDD) Warfare Systems Engineering and Integration (V) Department. While there is potential for remote work, all personnel will initially work on-site in the Dahlgren area until performance is effectively established with the customer. Relocation assistance can be provided where applicable. A SECRET (or higher) security clearance is required. Travel may be required for this position and all travel costs are covered by TMC.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nPerform data collection / data extraction.\r\nPerform root cause analysis on command and control systems.\r\nAssess the operational and technical impacts of problems identified.\r\nDefine and track test metrics.\r\nQualifications\r\nSecret (or higher) security clearance\r\n3+ years of experience with:\r\nPerforming data collection / data extraction\r\nPerforming root cause analysis on command and control systems\r\nAssessing the operational and technical impacts of problems identified\r\nDefining and tracking test metrics\r\nWorking knowledge of\r\nInterfacing systems such as sensor systems, track management systems, electronic warfare, self defense systems, displays, weapon systems and tactical data links to assess overall system and capability performance\r\nCreating, modifying and executing test plans, test procedures, and test scenarios\r\nGeneration of test observation reports, problem reports, and test reports\r\nWe are equal opportunity/affirmative action employers, committed to diversity in the workplace.
