We need a dynamic leader to own and execute the staffing strategy for SEIT skill codes within Air Dominance and across the St. Louis site including Systems Engineering, PLM, and Engineering Multi-skills roles. This role will drive the staffing plan, coordinate across divisions and programs, build trust with stakeholders, and influence leaders at both the site and enterprise levels.\n\nThis position requires a hands‑on leader who is comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, growing site environment and who can effectively balance strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution. This leader will report to the Air Dominance Digital and Systems Engineering Capability. In addition, this position may be called upon to lead special Homeroom/Functional Initiatives.\n\nPosition Responsibilities\n\nDefining and executing a comprehensive staffing strategy that supports program needs and site growth.\n\nManaging the SEIT Staffing Tiger Team.\n\nCoordinating with site and enterprise hiring teams to align requisitions, sourcing, and candidate pipelines.\n\nSupporting and helping execute hiring events to attract diverse, qualified candidates.\n\nDeveloping and managing job requisition strategy and requisition lifecycle (position definition, approvals, posting, and requisition prioritization).\n\nPartnering with program and division leaders to understand workforce needs, forecast demand, and prioritize hiring efforts.\n\nBuilding trust with internal stakeholders through transparent communication, timely delivery, and data‑driven decision making.\n\nInfluencing leaders and hiring managers on talent strategy, market conditions, compensation alignment, and candidate selection to secure top talent.\n\nTracking staffing metrics, reporting progress to leadership, and continuously improving staffing processes and candidate experience.\n\nTravel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs.\n\nThis position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
