We take these projects from the concept phase all the way to delivery of production hardware to the end customer. To do this, we are constantly looking for the best engineering talent.\n\nWe are looking for someone who can:\nProcess Development for new molds made in house using the 6 step study for establishing viscosity curves, cavity balance, pressure loss, cosmetic processing window, gate seal and cooling time.\nUtilize DOE for dimensional process window.\nWork together with the quality engineers to find the process capability and process robustness.\nSet up process data sheets and document production details such as start time, parts made, part rejects etc.\nMold Preventive maintenance\nMicro Molding with an all-electric machine\nFacilities:\nSMP has state of the art machining, molding and fabrication capabilities and software that are continuously being improved and expanded.
