Our growing law firm is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator.As a Recruiting Coordinator at Klie Law Offices, you'll play a crucial role by recruiting and building a team that can help us carry out our mission to provide exceptional service to clients with family law, employment law, and personal injury law issues.In this position, you will attract, screen, coordinate interviews, and hire candidates for a variety of roles across the firm, including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative professionals.If you enjoy sourcing candidates, building relationships, and organizing fast-moving hiring pipelines, we'd love for you to apply!Responsibilities:Source and attract candidatesPost job openings across job boards and recruiting platformsProactively source candidates through LinkedIn and professional networksBuild and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future rolesDevelop relationships with law schools, internship programs, and recruiting partnersScreen and evaluate applicantsReview resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesConduct initial video screenings to assess qualifications and interestPresent qualified candidates to hiring teamsCoordinate interviewsSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teamsEnsure candidates move efficiently through the hiring processCommunicate clearly with candidates about scheduling and next stepsSupport the hiring processTrack candidate progress throughout the recruitment and hiring pipelineCoordinate with Operations and HR for reference checks and onboarding stepsAssist in preparing and delivering offer letters once hiring decisions are madeHelp improve the recruiting process and candidate experienceQualifications:At least 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experienceExperience recruiting in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus , but not requiredExperience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Premium/LinkedIn Recruiter and job boardsBachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneouslyProfessional discretion when handling confidential candidate informationAbout Company:Klie Law Offices, PLLC, is a growing litigation firm dedicated to guiding clients through challenging times with honest and efficient service.
