Provides assistance with front desk operations, facility rental coordination, registration support, and recordkeeping functions. This classification provides operational support and does not exercise supervisory authority or independent financial control.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThe duties listed below are representative of the position and are not intended to be all-inclusive.Assists with daily front desk and customer service operations.Provides information regarding aquatic programs, schedules, facility policies, and rental procedures.Supports facility rental processes by preparing documentation, confirming logistics, and assisting with setup and supply coordination.Assists with program registrations, roster maintenance, and participant record updates.Operates point-of-sale systems and performs cash handling tasks as assigned; assists with reconciliation under direction of lead staff.Maintains accurate administrative records including rentals, registrations, participation data, and operational documentation.Performs data entry, filing, document preparation, and general clerical support.Assists with preparation and distribution of promotional materials and program communications.Supports special events, swim meets, and program activities as assigned.Identifies and escalates customer concerns, discrepancies, or operational issues to supervisory or lead staff.Performs related duties as assigned.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSAny equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilitiesrequiredto perform the job.
