The field management PM will manage multiple ground up / new build projects, while acting as an extension of an owner’s design and construction staff. Our Project Manager will oversee the work of general contractors, designers and vendors for multiple locations.\nThis is a remote based role with recurring travel on-site to project locations across the Carolinas. Qualified candidates must live int the Southeastern region of the U.S.. Travel is required (30-60%) on an as needed basis - up to and including weekly site visits. Multi-shift work may be required to accomplish work in active retail locations to meet aggressive schedules.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nOn-Site project management of construction activities\nDirects and coordinates the activities of project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.\nProactively communicates project related issues directly with Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Operations Director.\nExamines construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracy.\nReviews bid results, specifications, test and progress reports, and other project information necessary to gain complete familiarity with the project.\nConfirms and verifies permitting requirements related to the project or program.\nDirectly manages and monitors project work in the field.\nDiligently manages change orders to projects.\nFollows established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.\nPrepares and provides weekly status reports for projects.\nProactively identifies and solves or elevates project issues related to cost, schedule, safety, or qualify.\nRepresents the company in project meetings.\nDevelops and maintains relationships with clients, potential clients, subcontractors and vendors to help develop new opportunities.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nMinimum 4-year degree in an accredited construction related program or equivalent; or\n5-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nDemonstrated skills in project management.\nExperience in multi-site, roll out projects, highly preferred.\nCulture, Leadership and Employee Development\nExemplifies and promotes our values of integrity, respect, teamwork, excellence, and charity.\nEmbrace key Sevan-wide initiatives, like Safety and Sustainability.\nCommunicates our vision and purpose through Service, Talent, and Choices.\nServes as a role model and promotes professional behavior.\nParticipates in personal career development through on-the-job training, attends training programs.\nSevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
