Headquartered in the United States in Richmond, VA, Indivior employs approximately 800 individuals globally.Position OverviewThe Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of material control in support of manufacturing operations at Indivior’s Raleigh Manufacturing Site. This includes receiving, handling, inventory control, and shipping of materials and products. The role ensures compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting production needs through timely and efficient warehouse operations.How You’ll Make An ImpactDaily OperationsPerform physical receipt of incoming materials, including paperwork verification, damage inspection, and proper storage Ensure material readiness ahead of production campaignsIssue and receive product to and from the production floor, verifying what’s being issued or received matches documentationStore hazardous materials in adherence with environmental regulationsExecute ERP transactions for receipt, issuance, transfer, return, destruction, and label generationCoordinate material sampling and release with the site quality teamsPerform regular cycle counts as defined by proceduresEnsure overall warehouse cleanliness through the disposal of trash, regular sweeping, and occasional moppingCoordination & ComplianceCoordinate with QC to ensure timely release of materials for productionEnsure all warehouse activities comply with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards (21 CFR Parts 210/211, FDA, OSHA)Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest changes to enhance quality and efficiencyShipping & Logistics SupportPerform shipping functions for samples, semi-finished products, and temperature-sensitive materialsEnsure accurate documentation and compliance with shipping protocolsEquipment Operation & MaintenanceOperate all warehouse equipment including stand-up forklift, sit-down forklift, reach stacker, man-up lift, and scissor liftPerform routine equipment checklists to ensure safe operationGeneral DutiesFollow all established SOPs and documentation proceduresPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assignedWhat You’ll BringHigh School Diploma requiredForklift certification required (stand-up and sit-down preferred)Minimum three (3) years of forklift experience requiredPrior experience with SAP or other inventory control systems preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry materials up to 50 poundsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periodsMust be able to wear required PPE and work in warehouse and production environmentsAbility to work in temperature-controlled areas and handle temperature-sensitive materialsHow We Invest In Our PeopleIndivior is committed to providing a culture driven by guiding principles and top-tier benefits that match the importance of the work we do.
