You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers. In this role, you will support end-to-end program and project execution and distribution center operations for all clients. You will coordinate across program/project management, fulfillment, inventory, and production teams to ensure accurate data, timely execution, and a high-quality customer experience.\nShifts available: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm\nA variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have:\nan associate degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\na minimum of 1 year of experience in program/project coordination, fulfillment, logistics, or a related field\nexperience working directly with internal and external customers\nexperience in printing, retail, fulfillment, or distribution environments (a major plus!)\nexperience with warehouse management systems (wms)\nOn top of that you must:\npossess a thorough and organized approach to your work and pay close attention to details on every project\nhave strong technical skills, being proficient in or ready to learn gmail, google docs, excel, tbg systems, and various software and hardware\nbe self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs\ncomplete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting company and customer quality standards\napply effective time management and self-management skills to coordinate multiple programs in a fast-paced environment\nunderstand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee, and customer information\nbe able to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, deadlines, and a fast-paced distribution environment\nbe flexible to change and possess a customer-focused mindset\nIn this position you'll:\ncoordinate client programs and projects, including execution, fulfillment, and inventory support\nassist the operations program managers by acting as the secondary point of contact for internal and external clients to ensure a positive customer experience\ncollaborate with program/project managers and stakeholders to support goals, timelines, and deliverables\ncoordinate cross-functional teams including program/project management, fulfillment, kitting, shipping, and production\ntrack milestones, deliverables, and job statuses to ensure timelines and quality standards are met\ncommunicate updates, scope changes, risks, and issues proactively, while supporting issue resolution and escalation\nensure accuracy and quality control of program/project data and wms entries\nassist with process improvements, including documentation and workflow streamlining\nperform miscellaneous projects and completes various tasks as requested by management\nTo get hired at The Bernard Group, you MUST be:\nable to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
