Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in the Greater Savannah Area. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and providing individualized ABA therapy. They will also provide parent education, collaborate with families, train staff members, and ensure ethical and evidence-based practices are maintained. The BCBA will play a crucial role in helping children and their families achieve meaningful progress. Qualifications Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA certification required)Experience in Parent Education and Behavior ManagementKnowledge of psychology, child development, and evidence-based interventionsStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsAbility to create and implement individualized treatment plansMaster’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldExperience in working with children with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental conditions is a plus
