Senior Product Marketing Manager

Job Description: Own product marketing strategy for key areas of Arc XP's platform and AI-powered capabilities Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products and major enhancements Own product positioning, messaging, GTM launches, and sales enablement in close partnership with Product, Sales, and Marketing Define messaging and enablement for complex buying groups spanning technical, business, and executive stakeholders Serve as the voice of the market and customer Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to translate customer needs into compelling product stories Drive operational excellence by building scalable processes and best practices Collaborate with Demand Gen, Brand, Content, and Growth teams to integrate product messaging into campaigns Define and track success metrics for launches and GTM initiatives Requirements: 8 + years of product marketing experience including leadership in enterprise B2B SaaS environments Experience with AI-driven or platform-based B2B SaaS products Domain and industry knowledge in the media industry, and media technology is preferred 2–3 years of experience mentoring or managing product marketers and contributing to high-performing teams in fast-paced growth environments Proven ability to translate complex technical features into business-oriented messaging for diverse audiences Demonstrated experience building GTM strategies, launching new products, and achieving measurable awareness, adoption, or pipeline growth Comfortable operating cross-functionally with Sales, Partners, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering Outstanding communication skills - ability to work across teams and communicate marketing goals/results at a team, executive, and company level Ability to adapt to changing deadlines, emerging needs, policy changes, and the variety of nuances that can happen in product development Ability to operate at a strategic level to define new market opportunities and assess product-market fit but also work tactically to drive projects to successful completion Clear thinker and communicator with excellent written and oral communication Proven problem solver, able to discern the crux of an issue Organized and process-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a technical discipline A graduate or MBA degree is preferred though not required Benefits: Competitive medical, dental and vision coverage Company-paid pension and 401(k) match Three weeks of vacation and up to three weeks of paid sick leave Nine paid holidays and two personal days 20 weeks paid parental leave for any new parent Robust mental health resources Backup care and caregiver concierge services Gender affirming services Pet insurance Free Post digital subscription Leadership and career development program
