are reliable, maintainable, and production ready, including AI assisted components.\r\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\r\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\r\n6–12+ years of hands on software development experience.\r\nProven experience as a Senior Developer or Tech Lead guiding engineering teams.\r\nStrong hands on expertise in Python and .NET application development.\r\nExperience leading or contributing to application tech stack conversion, modernization, and standardization initiatives.\r\nStrong understanding of:\r\nSoftware
