Data runs on STACK.\nJOB DESCRIPTION\nThe technical project manager is responsible for leading IT and OT projects, in end-user computing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and networking domains, through the project lifecycle and for aligning with the business strategies and objectives. This will require leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing project plans, overseeing execution, and completing projects on time and within budget. The project manager will also present weekly updates to IT leadership, ensuring the attainment of our objectives. This role will report to the director of IT PMO.\nBuild and develop the project teams for optimal performance by providing clear purpose, direction, and motivation.\nLead IT and OT projects through the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, and ensure the projects are performing to expectations.\nCollaborate with cross-function teams to comprehensively identify requirements, scope, financial budget, and monthly forecast.\nDevelop project plans and establish baselines. Identify the critical path, risks, and corresponding mitigation strategies.\nMonitor and track project status, milestones, tasks, and financial budget against the established baselines, addressing action items and ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.\nTrack monthly schedule and budget metrics. Notify IT leadership of any issues that prevent us from completing projects on time and within budget.\nIdentify dependencies and assist the team in removing any roadblocks.\nPerform monthly resource planning. Promptly report any workload and resource issues.\nFollow the change management process for any alterations to scope, schedule, and budget.\nConduct contract management and verify scope, requirements, and durations are explicitly outlined in the contracts.\nUpdate project schedules in Smartsheet weekly.\nUpdate project slides in the weekly status presentation and report project milestone status, budget, issues, and risks weekly to IT leadership. Escalate issues as necessary. Follow the status report processes to support effective and transparent governance.\nManage vendor relationships and contracts, consistently reviewing and monitoring vendor performance.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.\n3-5 years of technical project management experience.\nExcellent knowledge of project management methodologies and industry best practices.\nProficient in Smartsheet or MS Project.\nStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.\nGood stakeholder management and vendor management skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate project risks in a timely and effective manner.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate project issues to technical and non-technical audiences.\nProficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nPMP certification is preferred.\nKnowledge and experience in IT or OT are a plus.\nExperience working at a data center company is a plus.\n\nADDITIONAL DETAILS\nLocation: Denver, CO, San Francisco, CA area\nCompensation: $100,000 - $140,000 + bonus\nTravel up to 10%.\nMust be eligible to work in the United States.\nMust pass comprehensive background screening.\n\nTHIS MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF:\nYou’re detail oriented.
