The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, influencing architecture, and turning complex business and technical requirements into reliable product outcomes.\nWe are not looking for a traditional software engineer only. We are looking for an AI native builder who uses modern AI tools as part of their daily engineering workflow to move faster, prototype quickly, improve code quality, support testing and documentation, and deliver stronger end to end outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the design and development of core platform services, APIs, frontend applications, dashboards, and internal tools\nBuild full stack solutions across backend systems, user experiences, workflow logic, and integrations\nUse AI tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, prototyping, and delivery\nDesign orchestration and workflow logic across services, vendors, business processes, and external systems\nDrive integration architecture with third party platforms, enterprise systems, identity providers, financial systems, and other external services\nPartner closely with product, design, security, business, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions\nThink end to end across product, user experience, architecture, delivery, operations, and long term maintainability\nDefine and improve engineering standards for architecture, code quality, testing, observability, security, and operational excellence\nMentor engineers and help raise the team’s AI native engineering practices\nContribute to long term platform strategy, including build versus buy decisions, extensibility, and maintainability\nMinimum Qualifications:\n8+ years of software engineering experience, with strong experience building and operating production systems\nExperience working at senior or staff level on complex distributed platforms\nStrong full stack engineering background across backend systems and frontend applications\nStrong backend development experience in Python.\nExperience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar\nDeep experience with service oriented or microservices based architectures\nStrong understanding of API design, event driven systems, workflow orchestration, and distributed systems patterns\nHands on experience integrating with third party systems and external APIs in reliable, secure, and scalable ways\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with containerized deployment patterns\nStrong understanding of security, reliability, resilience, observability, and performance at scale\nAbility to use AI tools effectively as part of the software development lifecycle, including coding assistants, prototyping, automated test generation, documentation support, design exploration, and productivity acceleration\nStrong product sense and ability to think beyond assigned tickets toward customer outcomes, platform value, and business impact\nAbility to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, make sound architectural tradeoffs, and operate with high ownership and accountability\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nWith background in Fintech, Temporal orchestration\nExperience building AI assisted or AI enabled products, developer tools, internal platforms, agentic workflows, or automation systems\nExperience using AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Lovable, Replit, or similar tools to accelerate real software delivery\nExperience in regulated domains such as fintech, digital platforms, enterprise software, or other
