The position will partner closely with Finance, Legal, and hiring leaders to ensure worker classification, supplier management, and program compliance are handled with rigor. It is an opportunity to shape a new capability that improves operational consistency, adoption, and long-term workforce planning.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $139,000 – $176,000 annuallyResponsibilities Develop a comprehensive contingent workforce program that includes governance frameworks and standard operating procedures Manage the supplier network and ensure compliance with operational standards Collaborate with Legal and Accounting to create audit-ready worker classification policies Implement communication strategies and training materials to ensure smooth adoption of the new model by hiring managers Create a roadmap for future program enhancements, including international expansion and improved reportingQualifications 7+ years of experience in program management or workforce management, with a proven history of building programs from the ground up Experience managing vendor relationships, particularly in staffing or contingent workforce contexts Strong process development capabilities to design effective operating models Ability to drive alignment across multiple departments, including Finance and Legal Experience leading newly launched initiatives where the framework is still being established Exceptional communication skills, particularly for engaging with executive stakeholdersBenefits The role is remote with flexible work options Market-competitive compensation based on location Eligible for new hire equity grants and annual refresh grantsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
