We are looking for a talented and dedicated Sushi Chef to prepare a variety of sushi dishes, including sashimi, nigiri, maki, and specialty rolls. - Ensure high standards of food preparation, quality, and presentation. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and work area. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items and specials. - Manage inventory and ensure freshness of ingredients. - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant. - In-depth knowledge of traditional sushi preparation techniques. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail. - Strong knife skills and knowledge of seafood handling. - Creativity and passion for developing new and innovative sushi dishes. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
