Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Supervisor. The role entails overseeing the IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient technical support, and addressing system issues through troubleshooting and problem resolution. The supervisor will lead and manage the IT team, fostering collaboration and maintaining alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the individual will contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of technology solutions to improve business processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Information Technology and experience in managing IT infrastructureStrong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to address and resolve technical issues promptlyTeam Leadership and Team Management capabilities to supervise and guide a team of IT professionalsExcellent communication and organizational skillsRelevant certifications, such as ITIL, CompTIA, or equivalent, are preferredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience in supervising IT projects and implementing technology solutions is an advantage
