You'll help craft intuitive, performant web applications that integrate with our backend services and deliver seamless customer experiences that enhance the customer experience. These platforms allow large fleets and transportation companies to issue and manage credit for their drivers and operators-powering everything from digital spend controls to real-time transaction insights. You'll focus on building robust and responsive user interfaces that help fleet managers configure controls, view reports, and streamline daily operations.\r\nHow you'll make an impact:\r\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.\r\nBuild and evolve shared component libraries and design-system assets used across multiple Mobility applications.\r\nWork with Senior Engineers to co-develop systems designs, and drive alignment across teams.\r\nWrite automated unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests, concurrency tests, load/performance tests.\r\nWork with tech leads and senior engineers to identify bottlenecks and tech debt; drive incremental scalability, and stability improvements.\r\nUtilize automation frameworks for testing, monitoring, auto-scaling, continuous integration and deployment to reduce time to market.\r\nPartner with Product, Design, and UX to deliver high-quality user experiences.\r\nContribute to code reviews (comment, approve, seek revisions, merge), and follow engineering best practices, and continuously raise the quality bar.\r\nTroubleshoot production issues, devise fixes, author root cause analysis documents, and ensure lasting performance and reliability.\r\nMaintain robust documentation (design docs, run books, change management docs, and readiness plans).\r\nProvide live-site production support, ensuring rapid incident resolution, and driving continuous improvement.\r\nGain hands-on experience with automation and AI-driven engineering solutions.\r\nExperience you'll bring:\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related.\r\n2-5 years of professional experience in software engineering.\r\nStrong foundation in data structures and algorithms, object-oriented design, and problem-solving skills.\r\nExperience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular (preferred) or React.\r\nStrong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, or CSS3/SASS.\r\nExperience integrating front-end applications with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.\r\nUnderstanding of web security fundamentals including authentication, authorization, and data protection.\r\nFamiliarity with Git, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows.\r\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills with a focus on user experience and maintainability.\r\nClear written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative and empathetic mindset.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related.\r\n5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.\r\nExperience with micro-frontends or module federation.\r\nFamiliarity with relational or NoSQL databases; e.g. SQL, MongoDB.\r\nExposure to backend technologies such as Java (Preferred) or Node.js.\r\nExperience with cloud-native environments including Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS/GCP/Azure.\r\nExperience building and scaling design systems with strong knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and performance optimization.\r\nThe base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
