They will play a supporting role in achieving the organization’s goals by working on an existing government‑contractor team (at least 5 people, likely more) who are building and updating system models for TTWCS. This position will directly impact development, design, and support for not only TTWCS but future Tomahawk Weapon System development systems of systems.\nCore Functions / Job Duties Contributes to the design, development, and implementation of complex systems using advanced modeling techniques.\nTranslate customer requirements into actionable digital models.\nCreate and manage system models using MBSE tools to represent requirements, architecture, behavior, and verification processes.\nAnalyze and decompose system requirements into functional and performance specifications within a model-based framework.\nConduct model verification activities using real-world data to ensure system performance aligns with requirements.\nWork with senior members of engineering teams to address technical challenges.\nSupport technical evaluations, development activities, and mission needs.\nApply MBSE methodologies to the development processes to improve system reliability.\nInterpret system behavior and optimize designs based on data analysis.\nBasic Skills Three (3) to five (5) years of experience and possess a deep understanding of:\nSystems engineering principles with MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo, MagicDraw, CORE, or GENESYS)\nSysML methodology for system modeling\nRisk management tools and processes for complex systems\nStandard computer-based business tools (including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)\nWorking group or IPT experience\nFamiliarity with white box and black box concepts, preferred\nExperience routing an Information Support Plan (ISP), preferred\nScripting proficiency, preferred\nExperience working with Navy weapons system requirements, preferred\nFamiliarity with Agile development methods such as Kanban, preferred\nEducation Bachelor of Science in a STEM degree required\nPhysical Requirements May be expected to lift up to 25 lbs\nFrequent use of keyboard and typing\nFrequent sitting and standing\nWork Schedule STD 80\nMust have ability to work within company and customer schedule requirements which may vary depending on criticality and necessity of a given task.\nThe ability to work non-standard work hours and schedules in support of project requirements.\nPay Range $120,000.00 to $ $15,000.00 annually, DOE\nU.S. Citizenship Is Required U.S. Citizenship is required.\nSecurity Clearance Candidates must have an active clearance OR the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance and will be subject to a US security background investigation (i.e. favorable background investigation / credit score).
