Production Manager - Stainless Steel / Custom Metal Fabrication

We are a custom stainless steel and metal fabricator that manufactures and installs high quality equipment for commercial kitchens, schools, hospitals, churches, large event venues, production facilities, new construction and remodeled construction. We're seeking a skilled Production Manager for our fabrication facility that possesses the ability to efficiently manage the following requirements. --Plan and organize production schedules to meet deadlines --Manage budgets and monitor production costs --Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process --Oversee production staff and assign responsibilities to team members --Identify and manage production risks and bottlenecks --Collaborate with procurement to ensure materials are available --Monitor equipment and schedule routine maintenance --Implement health and safety regulations on the production floor --Track production progress --Communicate with senior management and project management staff --Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations --Hire and terminate production staff --Determine production staff's eligibility for overtime We're setting up interviews with qualified candidates now.
