Some hybrid work arrangements may be possible.\nPosition Description:\nThis is an exciting opportunity to support the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) and Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific working on the digital transformation of the Naval Operational Architecture, model-based systems engineering of critical Naval cross-domain mission threads, and cybersecurity engineering of the next-generation Naval information systems and tactical networks. Decision Technologies seeks a motivated individual with broad skillsets and experiences who can demonstrate a history of achievement in engineering services for the Navy and/or larger DoD.\nMUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET OR TS/SCI CLEARANCE\nResponsibilities and Duties:\nReview, assess, and develop engineering processes for Navy-related programs and projects\nAnalyze and author technical papers describing missions, tactics, equipment, interfaces, and resource allocations to new and developing systems and programs.\nProvide support with drafting the development of a Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) that describes test objectives, critical technical and operational test parameters, and test phases for various efforts.\nDevelop functional analysis of capabilities to include consistent application of policies, requirements, standards, and processes, to include Human System Integration (HSI) requirements and plans, CONOPS, CONEMPs, and TTPs.\nInvestigate and evaluate testing procedures for software testing, including computer program test plan/software test plan, computer program test specification and generation of the computer program test report/software test report\nRequired Qualifications and Skills:\n6 years’ experience Government related R&D, T&E, and systems acquisition programs.\nAt least 4 years experience in any of the following:\nComparative multi-domain HSI engineering analysis, impact assessments, and trade-off studies of complex systems.\nDesign, installation, integration, and test support either in a laboratory or direct applications.\nDesign documentation/specification development.\nTest planning and test procedures development, test conduct, analysis, and reporting. e. HSI-related engineering requirements, performance and risk analysis.\nApplying engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate systems.\nApplying engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition, training, and resource management.\nConducting Task Analyses (e.g., Mission Task Analysis, Top-Down Functional Analysis, Critical Task Analysis).\nDesign, installation, integration, and test support either in a laboratory or operational systems.\nUnderstand Naval operations from unit level through operational staff and headquarters planning.\nABET Accredited BS Degree from ABET recognized engineering curriculum. Examples include:\nME / EE / IE / CSE.
