Job Description Location: West Chester, OHEmployment Type: 1st Shift, Full-time, temp-to-hire Job BriefKable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Panel Builder for our client. This job will be responsible for assembling and wiring custom electrical control panels used in manufacturing applications. This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently from blueprints and schematics. What’s a Typical Day Like? Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)Assemble and wire custom electrical control panels from start to finishInstall electrical components by design specificationsPerform functional testing of completed units to verify proper operationMaintain a clean, organized work area alwaysCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsWork overtime as needed to meet production requirementsWhat Are the Requirements of the Job? 5–10 years of prior control panel building or electrical wireman experience preferredStrong knowledge of electrical control components and panel assembly/fabrication techniquesAbility to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and Bills of MaterialsMust supply own hand tools: screwdrivers, wire strippers, crimpers, micrometers, and gaugesDetail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanshipDependable, punctual, and able to work hard in a team environmentPositive attitude — no drama; team players onlyExperience with UL 508A panel building standardsFamiliarity with PLC panels or industrial automation control systemsExperience reading AutoCAD or SolidWorks electrical drawingsAbility to move or lift to 50 lbs.Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.Capability to stand for prolonged periods of timeCommunication skillsWhy Choose Kable Workforce Solutions?
