You will champion the \"build once, scale everywhere\" philosophy, driving synergies.\r\nDrive and own relationship with our Super Intelligence customers by bridging the pre-sales to post-sales lifecycle partnering cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and marketing.\r\nDesign Lambda's Networking Backbone: Own the strategy and roadmap for core connectivity services including Direct Connect, Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), and Load Balancers, ensuring secure, high-performance networking that rivals hyperscalers.\r\nAdvance High-Performance AI Networking: Lead the evolution of InfiniBand (HDR/NDR), RoCE/RDMA, and low-latency Ethernet features to optimize distributed training and inference at scale.\r\nDeliver Enterprise-Grade Connectivity: Build private, reliable, and secure networking for enterprise and hybrid environments - from subnets and routing to NAT, peering, and global traffic management.\r\nEnsure Security, Reliability & Compliance: Drive encryption in transit, DDoS mitigation, observability, and enterprise compliance across all networking offerings.\r\nPartner Across Lambda & the Market: Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and solutions teams to launch customer-ready services, while engaging customers and benchmarking against hyperscalers to shape Lambda's differentiated roadmap.\r\nYou\r\n8+ years of product management experience. Direct networking experience is not mandatory but the candidate must have significant experience working in product management within cloud infrastructure or high-performance computing (HPC) environments with a focus on platform services.\r\nDeep understanding of HPC/AI networking, including InfiniBand, RDMA/RoCE, and high-performance Ethernet.\r\nStrong technical fluency; able to collaborate directly with engineers and architects on design, tradeoffs, and performance.\r\nExcellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate networking capabilities into customer value.\r\nTrack record of launching and scaling enterprise-facing platforms at scale with measurable adoption and reliability outcomes.\r\nNice to Have\r\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes networking at scale.\r\nFamiliarity with SmartNICs, DPUs, or advanced offload technologies.\r\nBackground in AI or HPC workload optimization and distributed systems.\r\nExposure to storage networking (e.g., NVMe-oF over RDMA).\r\nSalary Range\r\nThe annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors.
