Bioinformatics Scientist – Antibody DiscoveryA growing global veterinary pharma organisation is seeking a Bioinformatics Scientist to support antibody discovery programmes across companion animals (dogs, cats, horses).Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse NGS and genomic datasets to support antibody discovery and target validationWork with antibody repertoire data (CDRs, frameworks, VH/VL)Apply protein modelling and in silico antibody engineering (e.g. optimisation, liability assessment)Support identification of genetic variation impacting therapeutic targetsContribute to development of internal antibody data tools / databasesCollaborate closely with discovery biology and R&D teamsKey RequirementsExperience working with therapeutic antibodies (essential)Experience with NGS data, ideally in an antibody/repertoire contextUnderstanding of antibody structure (CDRs, frameworks)Background in bioinformatics / computational biology / structural biologyFamiliarity with protein modelling tools (e.g. Rosetta, MOE or similar)Please apply below or reach out directly for more information.
