Team Leads - Ice Cream Shop
We are a family owned ice cream shop - looking for Team Leads; we call them PICS (Person in Charge).
You should have a passion for great customer service, and the ability to work independently.
Act as the Person in Charge during your shift to ensure smooth operations of the ice cream shop. Provide superior customer service in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Take orders and payments, prepare and deliver food in a timely manner, prepares ice cream cakes and other treats. Closes shop, balances cash drawer and cleans shop to prepare for next day.
We provide:
A base pay of $12-$15 per hr DOE. With tips- you can easily earn between $16 and $24 per hour

The hours of this position vary seasonally, between 10-20hrs/week (fall schedule): and consist of primarily of rotating weekday closing shifts; and weekend opening or closing shifts.
Our hours change seasonally, in the fall, we close at 9 PM Sun -Thurs and 10 PM Fridays and Saturdays.; and it usually takes 30-45 minutes after closing to clean and close up.

Our closing time varies with the season, but in fall we close at 9 (Sundays-Thursdays) ; and Fridays and Saturdays at 10. Your shift is done when the closing checklist is complete - usually an extra 30-45 minutes. Are you able to work closing shifts?
What days and hours are you AVAILABLE to work? You must be available to work weekends (including Sundays) - but you won't be scheduled for EVERY weekend)
