Ensures that all policies, procedures and activities, related to Food Safety & Quality, are followed and complied with uniformly, in an effort to reduce product and process variability. Ensures regulatory Compliance.\nThis position is responsible for loading and unloading pasteurizing tanks with product.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nTo keep area around machines being loaded clean and neat.\nTo haul out racks and stack, tie, and pick up all material neatly in proper amounts and heights.\nTo take care of all eggs stuck to flats.\nTo remove empty flats from the flat stacker.\nTo dump inedible buckets from machines being loaded after the end of shift clean up.\nBefore going to break, clean up entire work area.\nTo follow all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements and safety procedures\nTo follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) “washing hands, etc.” throughout the day.\nTo follow all HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guidelines\nResponsible for spray down and cleanup equipment and floor to meet USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) specifications\nAccountable for a safe and healthy workplace for everyone. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and incorporate safety and health in all jobs and tasks.\nAdhere to Quality work practices, follow GMP’s, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety and quality.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nREASONING ABILITY:\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral form.
