Job SummaryThe overall role of Officer, Administration is to perform and ensure basic administrative tasks of the administration operations is well executedKey ResponsibilitiesCollect and consolidate requests from all functions to prepare monthly purchase request for office supplies and stationary.Oversee and closely monitor the process of acquiring, distribution and storage of office equipment and supplies to prevent inventory loss, damage and so on.Keeping admin petty cash, submit and reconcile monthly expense reportsCollect and consolidate requests from all functions to prepare monthly purchase request for office supplies and stationeryLiaising with vendors and suppliersDocumenting processes and keeping maintenance records.Ensure office is kept clean and organized all timesPreparing facilities and arranging refreshments for monthly operation meetingOther tasks as requiredKey Challenges Be able to monitor all office supplies and space to ensure stock is always available upon requestDemonstrate details-oriented attitude and multi-tasking skillQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business ManagementExperiences: Fresh graduate is welcomed1-year experiences in administration workSkills and knowledge: Be able to control stockCommunication SkillGood command of computer literacy (Microsoft office)Good command of Khmer and English (Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Reading)
