You will also be expected to provide guidance and mentoring to other Developers.\nThe Expertise and Skills You Bring\nFull stack software engineering 8 plus years of experience; with a focus in financial services applications is a plus\nBS/BA Degree or equivalent experience required\nStrong hands-on experience developing and maintaining web applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend)\nDemonstrated experience in communicating technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners\nShown leadership skills in driving the workforce and guiding/mentoring junior developers\nExperience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features\nProven understanding of the Agile software development methodology\nExtensive experience decomposing sophisticated business problems into creative, efficient, and scalable solutions\nRelevant knowledge of modern application architecture patterns and emerging technologies\nProficiency with server-side/mid-tier languages, frameworks, libraries, and related technologies: Python, .NET, .NET MVC and Microsoft frameworks\nClient-side language, library, and framework proficiency: React a plus, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, SPFx\nSolid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools, including build pipelines, automation, and version control\nDemonstrated ability to establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for both traditional applications (React/Python)\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams working on Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and related cloud services\nShown ability to create automation scripts and tooling to streamline deployments and workflows\nExperience defining best practices for version control, release management, and DevOps in hybrid environments\nDemonstrated experience communicating technical needs and capabilities to both technical and non-technical team members\nComfort working across both traditional codebases and platform-based solutions\nYour experience with the following will be a plus:\nAI integration experience\nWorking knowledge of Azure\nAzure DevOps or GitHub Actions\nExposure to data platforms or analytics tools, especially within Microsoft Fabric\nFamiliarity with broader DevOps practices and deployment automation\nThe Team\nOur team designs, develops, implements, and supports a broad and diverse technology stack, spanning modern web applications, enterprise platforms, and cloud services.
