If you're passionate about this, we want to hear from you!\n\nAbout the Role\n\nMWH is currently seeking a Entry-Level Project Scheduler to support project work on wastewater projects in Gresham, Oregon.\n\nEssential Functions\n\nWork with Senior Schedulers to develop accurate schedules using industry best practices and insight from project team members.\nUpdate project schedules in accordance with company procedures and industry best practices. Communicate results to project team and suggest action when necessary.\nReview project changes for impacts to the project schedule and assist in preparing change notices as required by contract.\nReview project schedules for compliance with company procedures, contract requirements and industry best practices. Recommend corrective action where necessary.\nPrepare monthly schedule reports for project and management use.\nProvide schedule guidance to schedule software users as needed.\nWork in a manner to ensure your personal safety and that of fellow employees by following company health and safety guidelines and policies.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nA Bachelor of Science or higher university degree in Engineering, construction management or a related degree. An equivalent combination of experience, skills and training may be substituted.\n1 - 3 years of project scheduling experience covering development of baseline schedules, incorporating subcontractor schedules, schedule updating and analysis of progress, including project compliance processes and audits.\nKnowledge of general construction practices and sequences.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other normal business applications.\nWorking knowledge in Primavera (P6) scheduling software.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, along with customer facing experience.\nAbility to travel domestically up to 50%\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nProject planning experience\nIndustrial wastewater and high tech manufacturing experience\nWorking knowledge of other scheduling software (MS Project, NetPoint, etc.).\nEarned Value Management experience on self-perform projects.\nExperience with schedule analytic software (SmartPM, Acumen Fuse, etc.).\nExperience with 4D/BIM Synchro software.\nProfessional Scheduler Certification from PMI (PMI-SP) or AACE (PSP).\n\nBenefits\n\nGroup health & welfare benefits including options for medical, dental and vision\n100% Company Paid Benefits: Employee Life Insurance & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Spouse and Dependent Life & AD&D, Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), Employee Assistance Program and Health Advocate\nVoluntary benefits at discounted group rates for accidents, critical illness, and hospital indemnity\nFlexible Time Off Program (includes vacation and personal time)\nPaid Sick and Safe Leave\nPaid Parental Leave Program\n10 Paid Holidays\n401(k) Plan (company matching contributions up to 4%).\nEmployee Referral Program\n\nMWH Constructors is a global project delivery company in heavy civil construction with a focus on water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
