From prepping projects and organizing supplies to supporting daily operations, you'll play a key role in creating an amazing experience for our staff, students, and families.\r\nThis is the perfect position for someone who loves staying organized, enjoys variety, isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed, and takes pride in helping a busy studio operate like a well-oiled machine.\r\nWhat You'll Do Assist with preparing materials and projects for upcoming classes, camps, workshops, birthday parties, and special events.\r\nOrganize and maintain studio supplies, inventory, and storage areas.\r\nRestock classrooms and prep stations so instructors always have everything they need.\r\nAssist with receiving deliveries, organizing inventory, and monitoring supply levels.\r\nComplete miscellaneous studio projects and day-to-day operational tasks.\r\nHelp maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming studio environment.\r\nSupport the Studio Manager with administrative tasks, scheduling support, and special projects.\r\nAssist with opening and closing procedures as needed.\r\nOccasionally assist during classes, camps, parties, workshops, and special events when extra hands are needed.\r\nHelp ensure every family has an exceptional Kidcreate experience from the moment they walk through the door.\r\nDemonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills when unexpected situations arise.\r\nAdapt quickly in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.\r\nTake accurate notes and pay close attention to details, including schedules, dates, project instructions, and inventory.\r\nComplete detailed prep work, including cutting, tracing, organizing, assembling, and preparing art materials.\r\nBe comfortable standing, bending, climbing, lifting, and carrying supplies weighing up to 25 pounds.\r\nWe're Looking for Someone Who...
