This is an employee position (NOT a room or chair rental). Calea Beauty provides all professional products, equipment, and supplies, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional skincare services and client experiences. ResponsibilitiesPerform professional skincare services including facials and skin treatmentsConduct thorough skin consultations and recommend customized treatment plansEducate clients on proper skincare routines and product usageMaintain a clean, safe, and sanitary treatment room in compliance with California State Board regulationsDeliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationshipsStay current with skincare trends, techniques, and industry best practicesWork collaboratively with the Calea Beauty team to maintain a positive and professional salon environment QualificationsActive California Esthetician License (required)3+ years of experience (required)Previous professional esthetician experience preferredStrong knowledge of skincare techniques, sanitation, and safety standardsProfessional, reliable, and client-focused demeanorExcellent communication and customer service skillsFlexible availability, including evenings and weekends if needed Preferred Skills (Plus, Not Required)Advanced facial techniquesAcne treatments and corrective skincareKnowledge of professional skincare linesExperience with waxing servicesExperience with advanced treatments (e.g., chemical peels, LED therapy, microdermabrasion) Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay plus commission (based on experience)All skincare products, equipment, and supplies provided by Calea BeautyEmployee position no room or chair rental feesSupportive, team-oriented work environmentOpportunities for growth within a full-service salon How to Apply Please submit your resume detailing your experience and California esthetician license. xmcpwfu Portfolio, certifications, or photos of work are a plus.
