More information on evolution.com.\n\nJob Description\n\nThe Technical Integration Manager leads technical integration projects for operators and partners, acting as the primary technical point of contact throughout the onboarding and delivery process. This role is responsible for driving project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful, high-quality integrations.\n\nThe position operates with independence and is expected to manage defined project scope while escalating complex risks or strategic decisions when necessary.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nLead and manage technical integration projects with direct impact on operators and partners.\nDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies in alignment with stakeholders.\nAssemble and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.\nTrack project deliverables and progress using appropriate tools.\nDrive project execution and ensure accountability across all involved parties.\nMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.\nIdentify risks, issues, and blockers, and manage or escalate them as appropriate.\nImplement and manage project changes to achieve desired outcomes.\nPresent project status, risks, and solutions clearly to stakeholders.\nAct as the primary technical point of contact for operators/partners during onboarding and integration.\nSupport and execute system integrations involving APIs, platforms, and configurations.\nCollaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze technical and business requirements.\nPerform first-level troubleshooting of technical issues related to integrations.\nCoordinate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently.\nMaintain strong technical knowledge of products and integration processes.\nMaintain close collaboration with internal stakeholders across departments.\nManage communication with external partners throughout integration projects.\nAlign stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.\nProvide clear, timely, and accurate updates on project status and issues.\nRepresent the company professionally in all external interactions.\nParticipate in testing and implementation of integration solutions in accordance with company procedures.\nEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.\nSupport monitoring of integration performance and stability.\nPrepare and maintain documentation of products, processes, and integration procedures.\nFollow established processes and best practices for integrations.\nIdentify and suggest improvements to existing processes and workflows.\nStay current with industry trends, technologies, and product updates.\nMaintain awareness of system ownership across the organization for efficient issue escalation.\nMaintain technical relationships with assigned operators/partners.\nSupport team members and provide coverage during absences when required.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the manager that align with the role.\n\nQualifications\n\nHigher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nOther degrees require equivalent experience (minimum 3 years in the IT sector).\n2–3+ years of experience in project management, technical integrations, or a similar role.\nMinimum 2 years of client-facing experience.\nKnowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.\nStrong technical and analytical skills.\nExceptional verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.\nStrong ability to match client business requirements with product capabilities.\nStrong planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities\nClear communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously\nProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail\nAbility to work independently with guidance and as part of a team\nProactive, driven, and solution-oriented approach\nStrong sense of ownership within defined scope\n\nAdditional Information\n\nBenefits\n\nCompetitive Annual Salary ($80k-$95K)\n401k Employer Match\nCompetitive PTO Plan\nCareer Growth Opportunities\nHealth Insurance\nGym membership\n\nAbout Us\n\nEvolution is a market-leading developer and provider of products and services for online casino entertainment.
