Project Manager (Clinical Science & Co Creation)

Primary Objective: Own sprint planning/execution, governance, and on‑time delivery of 12 monthly sprint outcomes (documents, builds, tests, and contracts) across Philips and research partners.Core ResponsibilitiesRun Agile/sprint ceremonies (planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retros); maintain backlog and release plan mapped to contract milestones.Track deliverables: technical docs, governance logs (actions/meetings/assignments), research contracts, requirements, risks/retirement, test reports, and feature drops.Coordinate cross‑functional teams (scientists, clinical partners, legal/contracts, data management).Drive risk/issue management with mitigations and timely escalation.Ensure documentation quality and audit‑readiness; align with SOW scope and change control.Must‑Have Skills & Experience7–10+ years technical PM experience in medical imaging/medical device R&D or clinical research collaborations.Proven delivery using Agile in regulated/controlled environments (familiarity with ISO 13485/IEC 62304 concepts is beneficial; strict certification not mandatory for research).Strong stakeholder management (industry + academic), contract milestone tracking, and RAID logs.Excellent written communication for governance documentation and executive reporting.Nice‑to‑HavePrior experience in MRI projects (diffusion/UTE preferred).Certification: PMP, PMI‑ACP, or Scrum Master.
