You contribute meaningfully to the program's discipline tracks, phases, and visual design direction on your engagements. You execute and shape the aesthetic language, design system, and visual output across touchpoints and program phase outputs such as research, strategy, and UX, under a lead's guidance. You are developing your ability to drive the day-to-day creative workstream with oversight from your lead and support from your junior team.
