We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated servers to join our team.\n\n\\*\\*Position Overview:\\*\\*\n\nAs a server at The Table, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that every dining experience is enjoyable, whether our patrons are here for a casual lunch or a post tee time dinner.\n\n\\*\\*Responsibilities:\\*\\*\n\n- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.\n\n- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest preferences are accommodated.\n\n- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverage offerings.\n\n- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.\n\n- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any issues or concerns.\n\n- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy.\n\n- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.\n\n- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.\n\n- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.\n\n\\*\\*Qualifications:\\*\\*\n\n- 1-2 years previous experience in a serving role is required.\n\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\n\n- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.\n\n- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a MAST Permit.\n\n- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.\n\n\\*\\*Why Join Us?\\*\\*\n\nAt The Table, located at the Palouse Ridge Golf Club, we believe in fostering a positive work environment where our team members can thrive.
