Brickmen Kitchen + Bar is a high-energy neighborhood restaurant featuring scratch cooking, a vibrant bar program, and a loyal local following. Both restaurants are committed to quality ingredients, teamwork, and creating exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities: Depending on the position, responsibilities may include: Preparing and executing menu items according to recipes and standards Assisting with food preparation and production Maintaining clean, organized, and sanitary workstations Operating dishwashing equipment and maintaining kitchen cleanliness Supporting kitchen operations during service Following all food safety and sanitation procedures Working collaboratively with chefs, cooks, and fellow team members Qualifications :Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required for all positions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Ability to work as part of a team Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a growing restaurant team, we encourage you to apply.
